What photo works best?
High-contrast shots with clear, unobstructed profiles work best. All subjects should be fully visible, if part of your body is hidden behind obstacles or buried in dark shadows, our system can't trace what we can't see.
Crisp outlines, good lighting, and clear separation from the background. Exactly what the printer bed loves.

How do I hang the unframed prints?
Command strips, mounting tape, or sticky tack. They’re ridiculously lightweight, so keep your drill and drywall anchors in the toolbox.
How do I display the framed prints?
Just like a regular picture frame. Hang it on a wall hook or stand it upright on a shelf, desk, or mantle. No weird hardware or overthinking required.
How long does shipping take?
Give us 2-4 days to actually print your order before shipping. We don't store pre-made prints of your face in a warehouse.
What are these made of?
Lightweight, durable PLA plastic. They won't warp easily and won't shatter if your cat knocks them off the wall.
What if it arrives broken?
If the postal service crushed it, we’ll reprint and ship a new one, no hassle. Email us a photo of the damaged package within 48 hours.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Unless you find someone else with your exact family face, no. Every piece is custom made from your photo, so sales are final. Double-check your order before clicking buy!
Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
If you catch us before we start heating up the print bed, absolutely. Email us immediately. Once plastic starts melting, your order is locked in.
What if you made a mistake on my design?
If we printed something that doesn't match your approved image, that's on us. Send a quick photo, and we will get a corrected print sent out to you.
